What we'd like to see — send whatever you have, not all of it
- Declarations pages for every policy in force — package, commercial auto, workers compensation, umbrella
- The garage keepers endorsement if you can find it. This is the one we most want to read
- Loss runs, three to five years, if your carrier has given them to you
- An equipment schedule — conveyor, arches, dryers, pumps, reclaim, pay stations, vacuums
- Tunnel or bay count, and roughly how many cars you do in a year, or last year's revenue
- Membership count, if you sell an unlimited plan
- Anything else already in the file: the lease, a site plan, your sewer authority permit, a certificate you have been asked to produce
If all you have is one declarations page and a phone photo of it, send that. It is enough to start.
